Faultless, start to finish. Clear communication, helpful. Accommodation is spotless and in a great location. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Great location lovely apartment

The host had great communication, and while there were a few issues when we arrived it was sorted out extremely quickly. The apartment is very comfortable, a good space and great location. It was potentially a bit expensive for what it was but I think that is what you can expect when you visit Edinburgh during the Fringe Festival.

Nice stay. Great location, nice TV setup. Cleaners found a bag I left and got it to me promptly so 5 stars for honesty!

Very conveniently located, quiet accommodation. Good budget option for our group. Walking distance from all the attractions which made our weekend a lot easier. One of the rooms smelt strongly of weed (possibly from another flat in the apartment block). As long as this was resolved then I would definitely stay again. Trudi was great to communicate with and was quick to answer to any issues or questions we had.

Trudi’s place is in the perfect location for visiting the city of Edinburgh. A stone’s throw from Holyrood House and The Royal Mile. We only needed transport when visiting the beach, a 15 minute bus ride away. The accommodation was comfortable and provided all our basic needs.

Cleanliness was not the best, but it did not detract from our stay. The flat was very spacious and comfortable. Location was great. Please note, you will only receive 2 very small rolls of toilet paper. You’ll need to be prepared to buy some.

Amazing location to Royal Miles and Princess street and various must bust locations in Edinburgh on foot.
The apartment was spacious clean and comfortable to relax in the evening. We had a wonderful stay here and it’s a “must come again” place.

Great location for sightseeing! About a block away from Holyrood Palace and near the lower end of the Royal Mile. Super convenient. Host was responsive to my questions about the flat both before and after arrival. Flat has everything you need!! An added bonus was the washer/dryer!! As far as the decor, it is a bit dated, could use a refresh. Also the shower was a hassle. It only worked on the “econ” setting which had lousy water pressure. As an American, not sure if that is typical here, but we didn’t experience that in our other Scottish airbnb. Check in was simple with a lockbox and the flat was very quiet, which was nice. The only other negative was the entryway which is dark and gloomy, even mid day. Was hard to see the keyhole. Couldn’t find a light switch but it must be automatic because it was on later at night. Flat is very secure, the entry to the building locks as well as the flat door, which has a deadbolt. If you want convenience and a solid flat with all the necessities this is a good option, but if you want something more “upscale”this might not work for you. However for the price, this flat has all the basics and more and I would recommend it. Ps don’t count on early luggage drop off (before check in) We had to pay 30 pounds to store luggage at the rail station….this was the only airbnb that did not allow for this on our trip.

We are a family of four (two adult children) and we stayed for three nights. The space easily accommodated all of us. Great location with quick access to the Royal Mile and Arthur’s Seat. Apartment is well equipped and close to grocery stores. Beds are comfortable with the two bedrooms separated by the living space which offers privacy. Parking space is offered for an extra fee which was convenient as we rented a car the last night so we could get on the road early the next morning. Trudi was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

The location of the apartment could not have been better…just off The Royal Mile. We felt safe and secured…right in the heart of beautiful Edinburgh. The apartment was clean and well appointed and our host was very communinicative and helpful in getting some minor issues sorted.
