We are very proud to be collaborating with WanderWomen to deliver this Forest Bathing Experience. WanderWomen is widely recognised as an inspiration with further testimony to this when she was announced a Finalist in the 2020 Holistic Scotland Wellbeing Awards, in the category Best Outdoor Wellbeing Initiative.
Spend some time wondering and wandering, enjoy the daylight, watch nature in bloom, explore the benefits of barefoot walking, meditation, forestbathing, breathing exercises, yoga play and more! You will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated, inspired and happy to be alive, smelling of fire and freedom!
Need to Know
Location: Woodland at Carfrae Farm
You will need: walking boots, water proofs, bottled water, mug, a small snack, and plenty of warm layers, as well as a journal to take notes.
