Let your paddle board become your floating yoga map where the unsteady surface brings heightened attention to balance in every yoga position. This builds core strength in our bodies, while the focus and concentration needed keeps our minds in the present moment and connected to the incredible natural environment around us. It’s all about having fun, with the splash after a fall being one of the best parts.
We paddle on knees and practice skills, before anchoring our boards for 1 hour SUP yoga sequence. Here we find our own level of challenge, play, laugh and end with relaxation assisted by the gentle lapping of water against our boards.
Previous experience of paddle boarding and yoga will be helpful but not necessary. Suitable for complete beginners and experience paddlers or yogis.
